We all need to slow down, breathe deeper and relax our minds and bodies. That's exactly what this 45 minute class is designed to do. Through gentle movement, breathwork and guided relaxation, and with the aid of relaxing essential oils, we will practice slowing down and being present. Leave feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready to move mindfully through the rest of your day! This floor based class is open to all levels. Please dress comfortable and bring a water bottle.
