Brought to you by Jennifer Morrison, owner of MSBH Fitness & Wellness. Jennifer is a certified exercise physiologist, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and weight training specialist.

All fitness levels are welcome! Please wear comfortable, moveable clothing. Mats available, BYO if preferred.
