Adult Class - Strength, Sweat & DANCE

Guest instructor, Erin Carlisle Norton of The Moving Architects will bring us a one of kind movement experience. To warm up and strengthen the body, barre like exercises and Pilates movements will be used and then we will get our cardio on modern dance style, to the super fun rock songs of the 1990s. No prior dance experience necessary!

Please wear comfortable, moveable clothing and SOCKS.
